To set this into context, we had a shipment due to leave Fuzhou, China, on the 20th (Friday) of the month, via airfreight; the consignment totaled 91 cartons of product. On the morning of the shipment, I was informed that there was no flight, our goods had been missed or left, and that there was no available way to ship before the 26th (six days late). This is the date by which delivery had to be made to my client.
